Delhi Police have arrested the owner of the building that collapsed in Saket, resulting in six deaths and several injuries.
A Delhi Police head constable, Neeraj Balhara, allegedly used his recently issued Glock service pistol to kill a 21-year-old delivery agent in Jaffarpur Kalan. Balhara has been apprehended, and an investigation is underway.
Jahan Singh and Karamveer were arrested on Friday after the 35-year-old woman lodged a complaint at the Sarai Rohilla police station in north Delhi, police sources said.
